Rumor Control: ‘Playboy’

There are a bunch of reports about me on the web saying that I snubbed Hugh Hefner. They’re quoting me as saying, “It was a one-off. I don’t think I’ll do Playboy or anything like that again.”

I WAS TOTALLY MISQUOTED.

First of all, I have never used the term “one-off.” It’s simply not in my vocabulary.

UPDATE: I’ve read some of your comments and I feel like I need to clarify my point of view on the matter….

I’m not planning to pose for the magazine any time soon. My whole point in this post is to say I would never snub Hugh Hefner. I love him and his whole team were lovely to me and treated me like family.

Lately I have steered away from sexier shoots but it doesn’t mean I’m afraid to be sexy or ashamed of that. I have no regrets. One day you never know, but it’s not the direction I’m going in now.

Sometimes no response is the best response

Hi guys,

I gather you all know what a hard time this week has been—and for obvious reasons. I haven’t commented on anything because it is personal for others, but my silence is unusual and I know it’s upsetting some of you so here is what I will say:

I have never planted stories of any kind in any way. I have always been open and honest in what I do and what I’m doing. There are dozens of engagement rumors every month… then it will soon move to marriage and then it will move to babies. I can’t control these rumors and I don’t care to try.
 
I have learned many lessons being in this business. You can’t always believe what you read and hear. We all make mistakes. I have certainly made mine and I’m sure I will make mistakes in the future. The important thing is to learn from them.

So, next time something happens and you don’t hear a response from me, please assume it is a silly rumor that is not true or that I have decided that it is not appropriate for me to respond.

What’s up with this!!!???

The site MediaTakeOut (which I now call “MediaFakeOut”) always posts inaccurate things, like I cheated on Dancing With The Stars and got kicked off… That’s not even possible! But I get the gossip market is slow right now and they need to make up whatever stories they can!

Anyway, today they posted three year-old pictures of Reggie in his junior year of college, right as he was getting drafted into the NFL! I didn’t even know him then! Yet the website is claiming these pictures are recent and while I have been on Dancing he has been cheating! NOT TRUE!

People, he is in the middle of his NFL Season!!! I find it really pathetic people will sell old photos to get themselves attention and try to ruin a relationship! NOT HAPPENING HERE HONEY! This was never Reggie’s girlfriend.

The reason I am shutting this rumor down instead of letting it go is because Reggie and I pride ourselves on our good trusting relationship and we will never let any of this untrue gossip get in the way of what we have! We are committed to each other and it’s important for both mine and Reggie’s fans to always hear the truth from us!

To be honest if I didn’t know someone and saw pictures I would believe it all, too—not knowing the history, the details or the timeline. That’s why I’m writing this blog, so you all don’t believe what you read or see unless you get the facts from the source!

Ha ha—Isn’t Reggie’s Sprint Trio phone, the one he has in the pictures on MediaTakeOut.com sooo three years ago!? Thats because the pic was taken over three years ago!  Now it’s all about his iPhone! Proof, people! LOL!


***RECENT UPDATE: LET ME CLARIFY THINGS BECAUSE I AM READING THE NASTY COMMENTS,WHICH ADMINISTRATORS HAVE BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. I HAVE ADDED A TIME LINE FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CLEARLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TRYING TO SAY. AGAIN HATERS WILL HATE BUT MY REAL FANS APPRECIATE MY HONESTY, THAT I REALLY FEEL REPRESENTS REGGIE AND MYSELF.

MediaTakeOut has tried to challenge the validity of my blog. They are claiming that Reggie wouldn’t have worn diamonds three years ago or had a Sprint phone three years ago. 

Reggie won the Heisman on December 11, 2005 and declared himself for the NFL on Jaunary 12, 2006.  Soon after winning the Heisman he was drafted in April. In between January and April he can get endorsements and purchase what he wants with his money. So that answers the question about the jewelry. As for the phone, when you win the Heisman and get drafted you do major deals such as with Sprint, Pepsi, Adidas, Visa, Subway and Hummer. So he could have gotten the phone way before it came out. As for Reggie and myself, we have only been dating for a year and a half. It hasn’t been two years yet, so he could have been with whomever he chose to at that time and that would again prove my point that their story is inaccurate because I didn’t even know him at the time those pictures were taken and therefore he did not cheat! We are happy and that’s all that matters, no longer will I respond or defend my relationship on this particular post!

I do think its kinda funny how we both are checking out each others sites! Guilty pleasure *wink wink*
No beef here MediaTakeOut.com just gotta set the record straight here on my blog!

I never had plastic surgery!

QUICK NOTE: I have decided to post this picture to finally put all of the plastic surgery rumors to rest! (BTW, in the ’90s it must have been cool to wear my bikini hiked so high up. LOL!)

Hey Kim,

Can you please let us know what cosmetic surgeries you have done? I am assuming breast implants and lip injections. Perhaps more, but that doesn’t matter. I would like to know because, well first, doesn’t everyone? And second, because I am considering getting plastic surgery, so I would love to know any doctors that I can trust to perform these procedures on myself!

Silly rumors strike again

As I’ve said before, there are a lot of random rumors that fly around about me. Some of them are totally outlandish, others are actually sort of funny, and others are just plain perplexing.
 
There is a rumor going around right now that I was holding everyone up at an event because I demanded that my stylist find a certain pair of fake eyelashes. Like the lashes in question, this story is nothing but fake. You can read more here on my position on fake lashes! Ha!
 
I also posted a grouping of gossip magazine clippings recently wherein one magazine quoted someone as saying I was acting like a total diva and cut to the front of the line at a Starbucks. Again, totally and completely untrue!
 
At the end of the day, I just have to let these silly stories just roll off my back. But I do think it’s important to let you, my fans, know what’s what.

Scaring off those pesky pregnancy rumors

This Memorial Day weekend we kicked off the classic white party at a club called the Whitehouse in the Hamptons! Reggie, me, Rob and Adrienne all went and had sooo much fun!

Reggie played DJ, while Adrienne and i did the Macarena (so shamelessly old school, right?)!

Also an interviewer kept asking me if I was pregnant and when I was getting married, so I joked and said, “Do I look pregnant? Yes, I am two months pregnant and getting married in August!”

I then said how I am only telling him, “so, don’t say anything!”  Ha ha… yeah right! It was obviously a joke. Like I would be wearing a skin tight Herve Leger dress in a night club while pregnant!

I said I was kidding but he printed it anyway! So nope I am not pregnant and I am not getting married. But it is true that we had the best time!!!
