My wonderful makeup artist Mario chatted with the ladies at Spoiled Pretty and gave a really detailed breakdown of the products he used to create my Emmy’s look and the steps he used to achieve it. I really loved this look! I don’t wear blue eyeshadow very often but it added something unique to the look and made it bright and fresh. A smokey look would have been too heavy for the dress, so this was so perfect! Mario always knows the exact makeup look to do to compliment an outfit.

I think my stylist Monica and my makeup artist Mario are spending too much time together because without even knowing that Monica had posted a ‘Get the Look’ for my Three O’s vodka party in NYC, he posted a ‘Get the Face’ for the same look, haha!! So we now have a Komplete Kardashian… as Mario calls it!!
Experimenting with Different Hollywood Hair Looks

I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different Hollywood hair looks recently. First I tried out a long glamorous blonde look with the help of Chuckie Amos for Scott Barnes’ book About Face. Then Ken Paves helped me transform my hair into a short, light bob for a magazine photoshoot. Then for the MuchMusic Video Awards I ditched the wigs and Roberta Rogers and Ken Paves used my real hair and created an illusion of a short dark bob for a brunette Marilyn Monroe look! I loved it! I love experimenting with hair looks! It keeps things interesting and Do you have a favorite look that I’ve done recently? I’d be interested
