Mario is a genius! I wish I knew how to do makeup like he does. He always knows how to create the perfect look for any event or photo shoot.

Heidi Gets a Smokey Eye Makeover!

While I was in NYC recently I met up with the gorgeous Heidi Klum and one of my makeup artist Rob Scheppy gave her my signature smokey eye makeover! I’ve been wearing the smokey eye look since I started wearing makeup at around the age of 14, so it was fun to see Rob recreate the look on Heidi. She looks so stunning!

She looked gorgeous as always – her hair was slicked back in a pony tail and she wore all black with beautiful gold detailing on the shoulders. I wanted the makeup to compliment her whole look and to have a nice overall balance so I went with golden tones on her skin and eyes and blended golds with pinks for her lips and cheeks.
