This Friday Kourtney, Khloe and I are on a very special episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. You’ll meet the Walker family, whose incredible story is so sad, touching and inspiring to all of us. It was an honor to meet them and take part in the anti-bullying rally. Bullying affects children and young adults all around the country and it’s so important that we stand together to stop bullying and protect these children.

We have all taken a stand against bullying with thousands of others and you should too! Watch on Friday, December 2, at 8pm.

On Sunday night I attended the VH1 Do Something Awards at the Hollywood Paladium. I got to catch up with the gorgeous and talented Demi Lovato! I introduced her performance on stage and she was so amazing! I also got to spend a little time chatting with Tyra Banks, and even ran into Justin Bieber!

The awards air this Thursday at August 18 at 9pm ET/PT on VH1 so make you tune in to watch.

I wore this stunning dress by Antonio Berardi, Fendi shoes, Judith Leiber clutch, and a ring by Karma from Roseark.

I just read online that Demi Lovato has named me as her style icon!! I love that Demi is embracing her curves and I’m so flattered that she is looking to me for style inspiration :)

Demi is one of the few young stars who manages to show off her own unique style and sense of self while still keeping her looks age-appropriate. I think when young girls look up to you, it’s important to set a good example, and that’s exactly what Demi is doing with her style. Keep it up, girl, you look fab! :)

It really makes me feel so happy to know that young girls are proud of their shapely bodies. Curves are beautiful, girls!!!

I know for me it was a long journey to get to where I am today, and if I can help just one girl feel happy and confident in her own skin by showing that girls should not aspire to be, nor should they feel pressured to be skinny, then I’ve made a little bit of a difference.

An Amazing Dinner at The White House

I came to the White House Correspondents dinner as a guest of Fox News
Channel and Greta Van Susteren. Greta, her husband and I had so much
fun! What a spectacular event! I decided to go last minute and had nothing to wear, so my mom
suggested I try on her Valentino gown she bought in Paris in 1984. She
wore it to a black tie event back then and always saved it! She didn’t
think it would fit but it fit like a glove! It was perfect! She started
to cry, she’s always so emotional! LOL

The event was just so amazing! I saw everyone from Larry King, Demi Lovato, Michelle Pfeiffer, the Jonas Brothers, and of course my new love Justin Bieber! LOL

It was my dream to see first Lady Michelle Obama, and I saw her and she
is stunning! The President gave a hysterical speech. The night was a
blast!

My Workout Playlist

It’s so important to have a really good playlist to workout to. Music can be so motivating!! The majority of songs on my playlist right now are by strong, independent female singers like Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Beyonce and my good friend Ciara. Oh, and Madonna of course.
