Jonathan and I enjoyed an evening stroll on the beach in Miami! What a gorgeous evening… the sunset looked beautiful and the sky was just incredible!

When we first got to Miami I wanted to cover up because I had gained about 15 lbs… but after a couple months of watching what I eat and working out almost every day I’ve lost 10 lbs and I’m feeling great!

It definitely helps having friends around to motivate me… Jonathan’s a great gym buddy and he keeps me on track!

I think a lot of women will agree that when you are happy in a relationship your weight can fluctuate a little. I’ve been traveling and enjoying incredible foods in different countries, but I felt it was time to get back to the grind. I’m comfortable in my curves, but working out is a part of my daily routine and it always will be.

On a recent trip to Miami, Jonathan and I headed to the beach for a little relaxation time. Always nice to get away for a few days, relax and regroup before getting back to the work grind.

I love these pics of Kourney, Mason and I on vacation in Mexico recently! Mason loves the beach and we had so much fun together! Nothing like a beach vacation to de-stress, unwind and spend some quality time with the people you love the most. How stylish is Mason in his fedora and beach outfit!? So cute!!

It’s always a huge honor to be on the cover of a magazine, but this one for me is extra special for a number of reasons. I’ve worked really hard to get myself in to what I consider to be the best shape of my life, and to be recognized for that by one of the most well known health and lifestyle publications means so much to me!

Also, even though I work out every day and try to eat healthy, I’m never going to be one of those super skinny girls… I’m really proud of my curves and I hope all you curvy girls out there are embracing yours too!!

It’s important to work out and be the best version of yourself that you can be, but never feel like you have to be the skinniest girl in the room to be the prettiest… be confident in yourself and you’ll shine!

Yay!! I’m so thrilled I made People magazine’s Top 10 Best Dressed! I was voted best bikini style. This actually means a lot because it means all the effort I made to look good in those bikinis paid off! This year I feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin than I ever have, which is why you’ve seen a lot more photos of me in swimwear this year, hahaha!

I used to be really nervous doing bikini shoots but I honestly feel like now I am so much more confident and comfortable in my skin after losing a little weight and most importantly, toning up. Take a look through the People Magazine spread and let me know what you think. I think the photos turned out really well, very natural!

When in Miami you have to hit the beach! Kourt and I and our friend Kristen Cavallari hit the beach to lay out for a little bit! There’s nothing like Miami Beach!

Hey Guys!

So, I have held my end of the bargain with my workout plan! I have lost about five solid pounds and feel great!

Reggie and I were heavily working out, while he was here before training camp started! I make sure that I work out at least 3 times a week! But now that I am into a heavy workout mode, I feel lazy when I take a day off, so some weeks, depending on my schedule, I work out 4 or 5 times a week! Now that Reggie is gone, my brother Rob and I have been hitting the gym together!

I start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definately run 2 miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts, lunges and squats!

It’s not all about working out though, I definately have changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein. I definately cant give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down!

I still have some more work to do, but I wanted to stress how important sticking to your workout plan is! I used to workout for about a week, then I would stop—but this time I stuck with it and have been consistently working out for a little over two months!

Summer is almost here and you know what that means — time to get a new swimsuit!

A good-fitting swimsuit is hard find! For me I only like tie bottoms because its hard for me to find bottoms I like. I also think one piece swim suits are great to wear with a long skirt. It makes an easy beach outfit.

It is important to get your correct size and not try to squeeze into something that fits too tight! I really like Sassi Bikinis which I’m wearing in these photos. (You can see more pics of me in my purple Sassi swimsuit here, too.)

Along with the perfect swimsuit, you must have…

1. Sunscreen is way more important than you think! You need it even if you aren’t going to the beach!

2. Accessories like big sunglasses, which not only shade you from the sun, but are fabulous when you have no make up on and want to hide a little bit! ;)

3. A great pair of flip flops… my casual favorite are Havianas and for a little more dressy its Mystique sandals.

4. A beach cover up. My favorite is a sarong! It covers up the bottom half so you can walk around and not feel too naked, yet it doesn’t cover you up on top, so you still get a good tan.

We have a bonus episode we just filmed! It will be all the outtakes that you guys never got to see! We filmed it at the Viceroy hotel in Santa Monica… poolside!
