Last year I spoke at the Angel Ball in NYC, and this year I wanted to bring Kanye along with me. Denise Rich founded Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation in 1996 after her daughter Gabrielle tragically lost her battle with acute myelogenous leukemia. The mission of Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research is to encourage the development of more effective therapies for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and related cancers. The Angel Ball was set up by Denise as a fantastic social gathering where people can come together, raise money for cancer research and remember friends and family members who have passed away.

My father passed away from cancer, so cancer research is something that is near and dear to my heart. Denise and I connected a few years back and shared our stories and it is always an honor to attend the Angel Ball.

I wore this amazing Balmain gown from Paris with Lorraine Schwartz sapphires and Mugler heels. Xo
