If you missed me on The View this week... where were you? Haha. I had a great time on set showing the ladies my workout moves. That's my trainer, Jen Galardi, above with me on set!

Mark and I hopped on a plane last week and as tired as we were, had to be up at 4 a.m. for Good Morning America (post on that appearance coming soon!).

When we got on the plane both of our seats were broken! One seat was slanted all the way down and the other seat wouldn't even lay back or go down, so Mark and I took turns half the flight in one seat then switched.

On The View we had to do our rumba one more time... this time we had fun and laughed our way through it! The girls from The View are always so sweet and fun!

Just yesterday, Kourtney, Khloe and I did The View! I recently appeared on the infamously opinionated talk show with Bruce, you may recall. But this time it was especially fun to appear with my sisters!

Barbara Walters is the sweetest person ever! She was friends with my dad and I really think she is such a smart woman!

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is sweet as pie and tiny! She just had another baby, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her!

I met View host Sherri Shepherd for the first time. She is soooo cool and totally funny, too! That's no surprise since she got her start as a stand-up comedienne.

Love them all!

Jessica Simpson was on right before us; she was even on our flight last night! She is so gorgeous, its not even normal!!!!

 

A lot of you have been asking questions about my appearance on The View yesterday.

Here's the scoop: It was an amazing experience. I've met Barbara Walters before when she came to my dad's house (when she interviewd him in the late '90s). She was very lovely and said my father was a great friend and she admired him a lot and went on to say how proud he would be of me now.
