This is me, Simone and Allison when we were in high school! We were eating at The Ivy and just enjoying our girl time! Ahhh I miss high school!!

This picture was taken at Khloe's sweet 16 party on June 27, 2000. I was 19 years old! This was a very fun and special day! Both my dad, mom and Bruce, Khloe's god parents and everyone was there!

Kourtney hosted a 944 magazine party the other night in Los Angeles because she just shot the cover for them!

It was Kourt's very first cover shoot ever! I am sooo proud of her! I can't wait for you guys to see these pics—you are in store for a side of Kourtney no one has ever seen!

Troy Jensen shot it. He is the same photographer who did my calender shoot!!!

We were outside of the house we grew up in, near the kitchen by the fountain.

Kourtney and I used to throw pennies in the fountain! We always dressed alike, too. Everyone thought we were twins!

Hey Guys!

So, I have held my end of the bargain with my workout plan! I have lost about five solid pounds and feel great!

Reggie and I were heavily working out, while he was here before training camp started! I make sure that I work out at least 3 times a week! But now that I am into a heavy workout mode, I feel lazy when I take a day off, so some weeks, depending on my schedule, I work out 4 or 5 times a week! Now that Reggie is gone, my brother Rob and I have been hitting the gym together!

I start off with running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes! I definately run 2 miles per workout, then I lift weights for about 30 minutes. I alternate between arms and legs switching off every other workout. I then do a bunch of stomach exercises and then stretch! When I get home I always do leg lifts, lunges and squats!

It's not all about working out though, I definately have changed my diet too! I eat less junk food, hardly any soda, and just try to eat more protein. I definately cant give up sweets all together, so I just toned them down!

I still have some more work to do, but I wanted to stress how important sticking to your workout plan is! I used to workout for about a week, then I would stop—but this time I stuck with it and have been consistently working out for a little over two months!

I spent a few days in Cabo San Lucas with Carmen Electra promoting Disaster Movie! Yes, this is my job... I know, right!

I thought they were kidding when they told us we had to go to Cabo to work and promote Disaster Movie! First of all, it's Cabo, then promoting with Carmen... It was the perfect scenario!

Carmen and I get along so well and we honestly have such a fun silly time together, it makes this whole promotion process so easy for me!

My first movie experience from start to finish has been the easiest, and overall, one of the best experiences of my life!

I really want to thank writers, producers and directors Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer for making me feel so comfortable on set and bringing out the acting bug in me. And a special shout out to Peter Safran who has given me the best advice throughout this whole process! Peter, Aaron and Jason must be really jealous they weren't in Cabo with us!!!!

Carmen Electra and I had a full day of press for Disaster Movie at Comic-Con 2008 in San Diego, California!

The event was so crazy! Everyone was dressed up like Indiana Jones, a Star Wars character, vampires, you name it!

It was really interesting to see these die-hard comic book and movie fans! 

Carmen and I had a blast! We just couldn't stop laughing at all the costumes. They were all very creative and unique!

As a part of the press day, Carmen and I had to do a photo shoot. It was so fun!

Yesterday I did a public service announcement for breast cancer.

My grandma MJ is a breast cancer survivor. She had both breast cancer then colon cancer over 15 years ago. She is such a fighter!

I encourage every girl to do a self breast exam!

I spent the weekend with my best friend Allison and the girls in Las Vegas for Allison's bachelorette party!

It was 16 girls, the girls I grew up with! Honestly, it's so hard for us all to get together like this with our crazy schedules and lives. But I am so glad we did!

We laid out by the pool, played silly bachelorette games and mainly had fun being together to support our girl, Allison!

I have to give a special shout out to my weekend roommates! Zoe, Lindsay and Davida! Love you guys!

And Simone, you are the best dancer on the planet! You have to teach me those dance skills! Love you!

Me, Reggie, Khloe, Rob, Adrienne and Brody went to Matt Leinart's charity bowling night at Lucky Strike recently in Hollywood. We had so much fun!

Matt and Reggie are best friends. And of course I had to support Matt—he is the one who first introduced Reggie and me 3 years ago!

Everyone from Wilmer Valderrama to some of the Pussycat Dolls (Kim and Ashley) were there!

Kid Rock and I hosted the grand opening of Fuse in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sunday night!

I fell in love with Nashville! I met everyone from Lone Star, a country music group, to Nashville Star TV show contestants to Miss America 2004 Erika Dunlap!  And Nick Carter was also there!

I brought my close friend Marla with me. I met Marla when I was 16 and got my first job working at a clothing store called Body in Encino. She was the manager and we have been close ever since. She's like a big sis to me! My dad used to always make her watch over me.

They sent a pink stretch Hummer limo... it was sooo cool!

Do you guys like country music at all? I actually do! I love Carrie Underwood!

This weekend Brittny Gastineau and I went to the Intermix party! I love to support other stores and the owner of this one just so happens to be Armenian!

The event was for VH1 Fashion Rocks. I think fashion and music go hand in hand. I always love to watch music videos to see what the artists are wearing. They totally start fashion trends!

At the event I snapped some pictures with reality TV star Audrina Patridge, actress Jamie Lynn Siegler, Disney star Selena Gomez, the Intermix owner (in a white jacket and jeans) and a big funny security guard!

 

She is usually a regular party-goer, but now she is officially a party maker!...

I went with Kourtney to her very first party wherein she held the lofty title as "host" in Montreal, Canada!

Kourt and I left Khloe's birthday weekend in Vegas and spent the night across the border in maple leaf territory. We hosted at Club Tribe!

I have to say, Kourtney is a natural! She must have learned all of her hosting tricks from me. Ha!

Just yesterday, Kourtney, Khloe and I did The View! I recently appeared on the infamously opinionated talk show with Bruce, you may recall. But this time it was especially fun to appear with my sisters!

Barbara Walters is the sweetest person ever! She was friends with my dad and I really think she is such a smart woman!

Elizabeth Hasselbeck is sweet as pie and tiny! She just had another baby, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her!

I met View host Sherri Shepherd for the first time. She is soooo cool and totally funny, too! That's no surprise since she got her start as a stand-up comedienne.

Love them all!

Jessica Simpson was on right before us; she was even on our flight last night! She is so gorgeous, its not even normal!!!!

 

Today was the best day on the set of so far... my wrestling scene with the absolutely gorgeous Carmen Electra! (By the way, I can reveal that the movie title is Disaster Movie and it comes out Labor Day weekend!!!)

We spoof the WWE Divas in the scene, which was absolutely hilarious to do.

We had to learn choreographed fight scenes in a real boxing ring and then we were tasked with freestyle fighting. It was so thrilling! We really went at it!

It was all in good fun, though. Carmen is the sweetest person alive, yet, I found it quite intimidating to wrestle with her!

Before I came over to Australia, I went to go support one of my close friends Robin Antin.

You may have already seen that she recently put together the new girl group Girlicious!

A few nights ago, Khloe and I went out in Beverly Hills. Here is a breakdown of our evening, which you can follow along in the photos of this post:

We went to support my friend Jonathan Cheban and his clothing line Kritik at the Lisa Kline store.

I hadn't seen my good friend Aubrey O'Day in so long because we have both been so busy working (she's been shooting MTV's Making the Band). Needless to say, it was really great to hang out with her.

Khlo and I ran into so many of our other friends at the fashion event, too --  even Pussycat Doll Jessica Sutta!

Afterwards we met up with my boyfriend Reggie for a fun dinner at Ruth Chris.
