As you all know, I love switching up my nail color to fit my mood! I think the color of your nails can really express how you're feeling and can completely finish off a look. For example, in my recent Shoe Dazzle shoot I wore black nail polish to match my dress and to set off the colors in the shoes! At the Sephora Infatuation lipgloss launch I wore a deep silver to set off my jacket! And at the Famous Cupcakes event I wore a bright red to match Kiyan's shirt! Hahaha, just kidding... that was pure luck!

Right now I'm really into red nails! I think red is such a classic color... so feminine and sexy. It's so timeless you can literally match it with any outfit. Rihanna is the ultimate red nail-ed diva! I love how she experiments with her nails, or matches the red nails with her lip color to make a statement. She's definitely one of the most daring and risque ladies in pop! I can't wait for her new album to come out next month... I know I can rely on her for some upbeat workout tracks!!!

It's so important to have a really good playlist to workout to. Music can be so motivating!! The majority of songs on my playlist right now are by strong, independent female singers like Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Beyonce and my good friend Ciara. Oh, and Madonna of course.

I am so flattered to be nominated in OK Magazine's 'Best Bodies in Hollywood' poll! It is such an honor to be up against such incredibly beautiful women and after all the hard work I've put into my workout regime, it's great to know it's paying off! Grammy night was a magical night!

Troy Jensen glammed me up, giving me a fresh, glowy look. Lighter on the eye but lots of top lashes. My hair we pulled back in a sleek bun and I felt like a princess!

Monica Rose and Angela Fink styled me! I wore an Australian designer Maticevski, jewelry by Bochic and Christian Louboutin heels.

At first I had on a long black gown but thought -- you know what, the Grammys are about being fun and funky -- so I changed my dress last minute!

The pre-show went great, except the time the prompter went out and I was left with Jason Mraz and nothing to say! It only was a two-second pause, then we hit the interview full force! He was great and the interview went smoothly!

Everyone was scrambling around trying to figure out how to fill the time lost due to Rihanna and Chris Brown not showing up.

I am in shock Rihanna and Chris canceled on this year’s Grammy show! I was SO looking forward to seeing both of them. They were essentially going to be the prom queen and king this year!

I went to my best friend Allison's parents' house and watched the Grammys from there!

My favorite performance was the Swagger Like Us performance from T.I., Kanye, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, and M.I.A. I can't believe she performed on her due date -- nine-months pregnant!

All the guys looked handsome in their tuxes. It was a dope performance!

What did you guys think of this year's Grammy Awards?

In Tampa we headed to the hottest concert I've been to in a long time!!! We saw Fall Out Boy perform! My favorite group! (Did you guys see the 'Thanks for the Memories' video I was in?).

And my favorite female artist, Rihanna, also performed. She has the dopest style and is just so stunningly beautiful! We didn't get a chance to meet Rihanna but said hello to the Fall Out Boys backstage.

We first hit up the Pepsi Max booth and played some video games and best of all drank Pepsi Max... It is my new fav soda ever!!! You guys have to try it! It is basically a diet drink for males, and I know I don't fit in that category, but the can is very sleek, black and silver. You know guys don't really get into diet drinks, so this is perfect! Something really different for Pepsi, but super cool, and my new soda -- no fat no calories!

It's been a while since I downloaded songs on iTunes. My workouts go by so much faster when I'm listening to music I love. I was in urgent need for an update!
