Spoiled Pretty met up with Rolando Beauchamp, the man behind my New York Fashion Week hairstyles! Check out the video below to see what products Rolando used on my hair and how he created all my fabulous fashion week looks. One of my favorites was the Ava Gardner look! I put a side by side of Ava and myself in the gallery so you can see how the hair compared! What do you think of the 1940s style?

I usually wear my hair long or slick it back for a more sophisticated, sleek look, but I love that I can pin it back to give the illusion of a shorter bob without cutting it. I really love trying new things and Rolando really worked his magic!

During fashion week I went to support Kimora at her Baby Phat and KLS collection catwalk show. I always love catching up with Kimora. She brought her adorable baby Kenzo to the show and he made his debut catwalk appearance, haha! I also got to catch up with Russell Simmons. Honestly, I couldn't love the Simmons family any more!

1Allurelogo.jpg Allure Magazine just posted an article called 'The 5 Most Outrageous Things We Saw at New York Fashion Week' and guess who came in at #5!? Me!!! I was a little worried at first considering Lady Gaga, guyliner and temporary tattoos were amongst the top 5, but they actually said I was outrageous in a good way! Here's what they said:

Kim Kardashian poses as a beauty editor: Is Kim Kardashian after our job? You would have thought so backstage at Vera Wang, where even Vera's PR flacks seemed surprised to see the bombshell burst in dressed to the nines with perfectly done hair and makeup, punctual down to the minute for the 7 A.M. call time. Kim explained that she was on assignment as a beauty reporter for OK Magazine, then marched straight up to makeup artist Lucia Pieroni and began firing off a series of Qs about the look. We must admit, we were impressed with Kim's professionalism—and flabbergasted by how flawless she looked at such a yawn-inducing hour of the morning.

Thanks Allure :) That means a lot! I take my job as Contributing Beauty Editor very seriously!

While I was interviewing the hair stylist, he was working on my favorite model and friend Chanel Iman! I was so excited to see her! I got to find out how the designers collaborate with hair and make up to determine what the look will be! I can't wait until my OK Magazine column comes out so u can see all of my tricks!

The launch party makes it official :) I celebrated my launch party as the Beauty Editor of OK Magazine and it was the most intimate and special night! This job is a dream come true! I can't believe I get to interview all of the make up artists and hair stylists behind the scenes at all of the fashion shows! I am learning such amazing tricks and I will share them all with you in OK magazine!

I continued my theme of old Hollywood glam and wow do I love this era! Rolando did my hair and Mario did my make up! I am so impressed! I wore a gorgeous Badgley Mischka gown, which you may recognize from my fitting, that completed the whole look! After the party Jonathan, Simon, Brandon and I all went to eat at my favorite New York City restaurant Waverly Inn!

I spoke with OK Magazine on the red carpet at the event to talk about red carpet beauty secrets! Check out the video!

I just worked my first job as a beauty editor for OK Magazine! I went behind the scenes at the Jill Stuart fashion show to see what the make up artists and hair stylists were going to be doing for this years' NY Fashion Week. I'm having the greatest time here in NYC meeting some amazing makeup artists, hair stylists, designers and celebrities!

I'm wearing Robert Rodriguez! What do you think of the dress?
