My mom and I splurged in Monaco! There was one square block of just shops and a huge Häagen-Dazs! Shopping and ice cream... what a dream!

On day three in Monaco I did some interviews for E! This job couldn't have been any easier! I mean, doing interviews on the water! Haha. I interviewed Emily Proctor from CSI Miami! We talked about crime scenes and I gave her advice on how to pose on the red carpet because she said she feels so awkward when she poses! I also interviewed Laurie Laughlin from Full House and 90210 and Darren Star, the creator of 90210, Melrose Place and Sex and the City! That was legendary!!! I wore a purple Tadashi dress!

Look at this license plate! It says Hi Dol! I mean, it was made for me and my sisters! LOL

Another day of doing press interviews for E! I ran into Giles Marini, who I hadn't seen since Dancing With the Stars. I wore a yellow strapless dress! Going bright in Monaco, just fits the vibe!

My mom and I arrived in Monaco! Last year Kourtney and my grandma MJ came so I miss them this year. I really wish Khloe and Rob could have come, they would just love it! The cars, the food, the hotel! It's all so lovely! It's just as I remembered it. It truly looks like a movie set and everyone here drives some type of exotic car! Haha.  We are here for the Monte Carlo TV Festival, so I am working for E! interviewing a bunch of TV stars! I interviewed Kyle MacLachlan from Desperate Housewives and Jennifer Love Hewitt, who is beyond adorable! I wore a Lela Rose dress, a designer I love, with some classic YSL patent leather black pumps!

How beautiful is the view in Monaco? All the buildings are lit up at night and I swear it looks like Disneyland! I love it here!

Kourtney and I spent an afternoon laying out by the pool at the Hotel Hermitage in Monaco, recently. It was incredible; the paparazzi were everywhere!

This was the most spectacular experience ever! We went to the palace of Monaco to meet Prince Albert and I was so pleased to find that he is soooo nice!

He spoke of his mom Grace Kelly, who passed 25 years ago in a car crash in Monaco. He said that her foundation that supports emerging artists is still going strong and that they hold a big event every October in New York.

The prince also described the inside of the palace and even told us about his new pet dog! He seemed very shy but I also found him to be extremely down-to-earth.

We also saw Mel B there! I have to admit, I am the biggest Spice Girls fan, so I was absolutely floored to meet the one-and-only Scary Spice!!! She looks so fab in her gold dress. She was there with her husband Stephen Belafonte (here are some pictures of them arriving at the airport in Nice)!

Me, Kourtney, Mom and Grandma MJ went to a cocktail party at the Prime Minister's house in Monaco!

Naveen Andrews and Jorge Garcia from ABC's Lost were there (1st picture in the set) with a bunch of other dignified officials and generally fabulous people.

After cocktails we had dinner -- yum!

So you know, we are here in Monaco for their annual film festival. But, as you can see, we are meeting a lot of amazing people along the way!

We are having so much fun in Monaco! Kourtney and I worked with Access Hollywood to show them around the area! 

I am wearing a Paul & Joe jumper with Christian Louboutin cow heels and my mom's vintage Moschino belt. Funny story: I almost lost it!

You may notice I started off the day wearing it then forgot it at a store when I was trying on another belt. Not to worry... I later realized it was gone and ran back for it!

After hours on the plane and a stopover, we have landed in France!

My mom, Kourtney and Grandma MJ are all traveling with me. We first landed in London then took another flight to Nice. We got in at 10 p.m. and were starving so we went to go eat at the Cafe de Paris!
