I am so flattered to be nominated in OK Magazine's 'Best Bodies in Hollywood' poll! It is such an honor to be up against such incredibly beautiful women and after all the hard work I've put into my workout regime, it's great to know it's paying off! My mom and I flew to London to do some press for Keeping up with the Kardashians. Our season finale was airing there and it's so great to know our show is on in a different country. It's kinda surreal! I wore a very comfortable Rachel Pally dress for my long press day.

As you know, we were only in London for a day and we hit the Ciara and Britney concert and did press, and that was it! After that we flew to Monaco...pics coming soon!

I am now in London! I got here to work for E! Season three of our show is on air here in London. My girl Ciara is here too so you know I had to watch her in concert! She performed at the Britney Spears concert and you know how much I love Brit Brit! Ciara blew me away. Her dancing was amazing and her costume was insane!!! She can dance her butt off! She is gonna give me dance lessons. We then stayed for the Britney show because my mom had never seen it and was excited to see Britney! Wow! We were again blown away. Brit's show here was even better than the LA show I went to. We sat so close and the whole experience was just such a rush. We literally landed at Heathrow airport (I slept the ENTIRE flight, so I was well rested), changed in the airport and headed straight to the concert. We were rushing to get there and made it just in time to see Ciara get all ready in her dressing room. After the Britney show Ciara, my mom and I were starving, so we attempted to go to Nobu but they were closed so we went to Mr. Chow. Food was so good! Then we headed to the hotel to get some sleep! I love London and everyone's accent!

I went to see Britney Spears in concert with Khloe, Farnaz and Alex. Melody Thorton of The Pussycat Dolls, who is a good friend of mine, was so nice to get us tickets! We went back stage after The Pussycat Dolls performed and saw all the Dolls, talked to Nicole about how we look like twins, and it made me miss Melody because I haven't seen her in forever! I am so proud of her and was just so happy to see her perform. The anticipation was mounting as Britney was about to go on... we were so excited! I got a chance to catch up with her family backstage. I met Jamie Lynn who is such a sweet and beautiful girl. What a great family! Then we moved into the sound booth to watch the show! I cant believe we got to see the show from the sound booth! Maybe my pictures can show you how close we were! We sat on crates! We didnt even have seats! It was the best concert ever! Me and Khloe are such huge Britney fans. She was absolutely amazing! Have you guys been to see her in concert yet?

It's been a while since I downloaded songs on iTunes. My workouts go by so much faster when I'm listening to music I love. I was in urgent need for an update!

  Everybody’s all up in arms over Britney Spears and what’s going to happen to her and her kids, but I’m more worried about her poor little dog here. I can’t remember if it’s a Yorkie or a White Maltese. The little furry ones all smell the same to me. Ugh. Does that make me racist? Whatever, one of my best friends in high school was a tea-cup poodle and we never teased for not being able to stop shivering. Well, not to her face, anyways.
