Kim Kardashian - Mommy Blog Dressing During Early Stages of Pregnancy

Hi guys! So I wanted to do a mommy blog today to talk about fashion during the early stages of a pregnancy. For me, I’ve found that I’ve gained inches and I’ve gotten wider but my belly hasn’t popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don’t make me look heavy. Some days my baby bump really shows, and some days it doesn’t… so I never really know what I’m going to look like.

At this stage I guess I’m more focused on concealing the weight gain than I am about dressing the bump, just because it hasn’t popped yet. My new J Brand maternity jeans are a blessing because they make me feel slim and comfortable, and I’m excited to try other looks! I heard Jet makes some amazing maternity jeans too. Once I start showing more I’ll be all about showing off my bump, and I can’t wait!

I’m definitely having a lot of fun with my maternity fashion and love trying new things. I want to share my pregnancy fashion tips with other expecting moms out there and I know it’s different for everyone; some women start showing sooner, others don’t start showing until later, but I want to share my own personal experiences with you guys along the way :) Does anyone know any good dressing tips for pregnancy? Xo

Well, I use to wear a lot of leggings and long tops. the belly will pop up probably in your fifth month, because it is your first baby. With a girl you can gain more weight and to look a little larger everywhere, but in your case you will be always Stunning!!So , just enjoy it!Love you Kim!!!Stay healthy, Hun! O, I use to wear a lot of heels as well lol I can see you doing the same…Always Fab:)

The beginning is the hardest stage! I am 9 months pregnant now, and didn’t feel like I finally “popped” until week 28. Your first baby takes longer, and the beginning is a lot of bloating. Wait till your second trimester because that is the best! You feel good, and have a perfect little belly. Until then, it is a lot about hiding that little bulge. Loose shirts and great maternity pants are a life saver!

Buy a belly band… And a lot of maxi dresses.

You look beautiful, but please do not wear clothes so tight that can harm the baby and slow the growth …

Its very difficult especially when you just look fat because its not hard and round yet….then it gets bigger but hey you look beautiful regardless and Im sure that baby will be gorgeous!!! At least you can get new clothes lol! Aw I cant wait to see that baby Kourtney’s children are gorgeous and you all look alike so its great genetics! ROCK IT KIM!!!!!!!

That’s because you’re having a baby girl…I have a 10 month old and the same thing happened to me. From my experience, I lived in dresses, flowy tops, skinny jeans, tights, etc. One thing you have to remember is to be comfortable and leave enough room for the grow of your baby and circulation. Don’t worry, it’s normal to feel like you’re gaining weight and nothing seems to fit right, but you’re a mom-to-be. Enjoy it and just find pieces that are fashion forward and comfy.

I’m almost 24 weeks, so our due dates are pretty close! I popped at about 18 weeks, so I’m REALLY showing now. Take advantage of it while you can! Once you pop, all of your shirts will suddenly be shorter. Haha. Make sure to get some longer shirts now, because all of a sudden you’ll wake up with a belly :) Most of my clothes still fit, so I haven’t had to get a lot of maternity clothes. However, the most comfortable pants EVER are the Liz Lange maternity pants from Target. They’re like yoga pants, but better. I live in these.

Other than that, just wear what makes you feel good. Be comfy! And take advantage of the stilettos while you can still wear them, because after a while, they’ll make your legs hurt.

Can’t wait to see your baby, I’m sure he or she will be adorable!

I started to show really early because I am really skinny. I don’t have the beautiful curves you have. I noticed that women with hips and curves dont’ show as much as women without them. I honestly did not like maternity clothes. They are not stylish, so I just bought regular clothes in a larger size. However, I have huge boobs so it was hard to find stuff that fit my boobs. I always ended up getting sizes to fit my boob which meat the dress ended up being even bigger! I also left the zipper of my jeans open and wore long tops or bought the band that covers it.

I used organic shea and cocoa butter on my stomach twice a day and not one single stretch mark. I think it can help with your psoriasis too if you use it consistently. And you can even use it on the baby. I use it on my daughter as she has eczema. Check out my body butter products http://www.facebook.com/npknaturals or look in your local area for the butters. Make sure it’s all natural and organic with no additional preservatives!

I remember that phase very well! It’s more of a “muffin top” and looking out of shape versus pregnant. I wondered the belly was coming. Your belly will just seem to pop out one day. Try to wear pencil skirts as long as you can in early part b/c you can’t really wear them as well farther along. I missed wearing pencil skirts as I got bigger. I really enjoyed leggings/skinny jeans with long fashionable /sweaters tops with belt lucky. Many of those tops I am still able to wear post birth at my pre-pregnancyweight.
