Travel to the Ivory Coast requires multile immunizations and additionally anti-malaria medications. Aren’t you concerned about the effects on your unborn child (if you really are pregnat)?
Flying every other day and for so long she should be more concerned about the RADIATION the fetus is constantly being exposed to. Flying once or twice during pregnancy is fine but not every other day. Education is key.
