With the winter months coming, those of you who live in the more seasonal states will probably be able to achieve this look simply by stepping out into the cold. But for the rest of us, we can create the look of rosy, healthy, blushed-pink cheeks with a little cream blush or cheek and lip tint. I love this fresh, glowing look! Super feminine, romantic and sexy.

To create a smokey, romantic eye to go with your rosy cheeks, use a light brown or gold-toned shadow and blend, blend blend to give that hazy look. Or keep your eyes simple with a sweep of pale shimmer and a couple of coats of a separating and lengthening mascara. Xo
