1. rihans  |   Posted on Oct 19th, 2012 Hello Kim, I feel i have a great idea for a make-up line! but, i dont have the funds to go forwards with it. How about a permanent eye-liner, similar to a permanent marker. I know it is possible. It wouldn’t be “permanent” per say but would last a week or two, of course two weeks would be a good time period. I hope you will consider this idea.
