Dear Kim, we love you and your sisters and watch your show, but you need to educate yourself on being a cat mom. They don’t want to be carried over your arm, or without support of their legs and butts. Your cat is most definitely scared in crowded places. It would be ideal if you left it at home so it feels safe and secure, and spend time with it there.
