One more thing thou. Your stomach is originally the size of your hand folded in on its self to form a fist. The more you put in, the more it stretches out of shape. Over stretch it too often and the end reult is that it will remain the new size, which it will take longer for it to become full, which because it takes more to fill it can lead to you becoming overweight. How much, is up to you. Surgery is an option, but eating sensibly will over time skrink the stomach back to a comfortable size that you and your weight can live in harmony with each other. But, its your body, only you should have a say on what happens to it. Eat and be merry. But don’t complain to us if certain things become to be for you to handle.

First, as the photo shows her this time getting what looks to be a large quart of Frozen yogurt, While each day in Hawaii it seems she was seen with a large container of frozen something. Yes, I may be hot, but too much of a good thing can be a bad thing or did you not read that part. But it doesn’t matter because she doesn’t read these messages away.
