Hair Braids for Summer
In place of my ‘Midweek Makeup’ blog posts I wanted to switch it up today and do a midweek hair style blog about one of my absolute favorite looks for summer… hair braids! I’ve been seeing them everywhere, from low, loose plaits to fishtail braids, and braided up do’s!
My makeup artist Rob Scheppy, who is also a fabulous hair stylist, put together a step-by-step guide to creating a gorgeous fishtail braid here, so make sure you check it out! I love the loose, kind of messy looking fishtails. A great look for a casual day at lunch with friends and perfect for keeping your hair in place for a day at the beach!

i loveeee doing hair braids, even if its just a small one to bring my bangs back. i feel it gives a very classy yet casual touch to any hairstyle !!! and there fun !
Love braids! I sometimes do a side braid. Or a braided bun, which is great for summer time temps. Kim, you were my inspiration for loving braids. :)
Also, braids remind me of my youth. I used to wear 1 or 2 braids all the time. :)
