On Monday my mom and I went to a beautiful Dress for Success luncheon in Marina Del Rey! I am so proud to be affiliated with this organization!!!!
Dress for Success is an amazing organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing them with the clothes they need for the workplace, an incredible network of support and the tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Such an important cause and something that is very close to my heart as a business woman. Xo

She met the basics for business dress, such as covered up to the neck, arms covered, and skirt to the knee and no sandals. Beleive it or not, it is hard to get females to meet even that standard in today’s office. What she should have worn was a tailored double breasted pinstripe suit, with either skirt or pants. It would have been sharp.
that is exactly what she should have worn – and in her size not so tight she splits it open and normal shoes – mid heel pumps
