Just Want to Clear Something Up…
So on this week’s episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians I said that I thought Indian food was disgusting. In NO way was this intended as an insult to the Indian people or their culture. This is just my own personal taste. There are a lot of foods I don’t like… I hate cilantro and peppers, and there are definitely some Armenian foods that I personally find disgusting, but that doesn’t reflect my opinions on other Armenian people or my culture. My comment wasn’t intended to offend anybody. We all have our own opinions and tastes and I was simply expressing mine.

Of course us indians took offense to that!! why wouldn’t we? but that does NOT mean that we are hating on Kim. I LOVE HER. i was just a little offended that she said that, but now that i know that she didn’t mean to hurt anyone, i am okay with it. I am glad she cleared it up. thanks kim. WE LOVE YOU <3
You’re joking right?? why would you be offended? I can understand being offended if she didnt like you cooking personally but but just a food in general. I wonder if i would offend all bakers if i was to say that i find bread disgusting! REDICULOUS!
Her attitude and word of choice was wrong. She could’ve of said it differently. If you were a huge fan and she said something from you culture was disgusting the way she said it, I’m sure you would be offended too.

i KNEW as soon as i heard that there would be someone to freak out over it, get over it people! so what someone doesn’t like a certain type of food..
its not about like or dislike.. its just about the term that she used.. don’t you see that?? why do you act blind? are you ok if some one tells you what ever you eat is disgusting?
People like Kaye will react only when they themselves are called disgusting.
Someone like a Dim Kim who called one food disgusting isn’t far enough from insulting somethng else pertaining to some other culture.

Kim was just expressing her opinion, people need to relax and not take things so seriously. She wasn’t saying anything to offend Indian people, she is just saying that she doesn’t like the food. I don’t understand how people could take offence to that. I personally dont like most Indian food either, but i don’t like a lot of foods from a lot of Countries including food that Australians are known for and I’m Australian. I wouldn’t find it offensive if someone from another country didn’t like certain Australian foods either. It’s just what you personally like and dislike. I don’t think Kim should even have to defend what she said, but it’s nice that she did.

It’s ok to dislike something but the attitude and word of choice wasn’t definitely not okay. She could’ve have said I don’t like it inside emphasizing on it so much. Kim you are a popular person hated and like by many, so when you have such bigs fans from all over the world you definitely have to watch the way you say stuff.
