Kim Kardashian Launches Quick Trim in Stella McCartney in London

Last week I launched QuickTrim in the UK at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London. I chose a black Stella McCartney dress for the occasion. Simple, elegant and a little bit sexy!

Style Snapshot: I’m wearing a Stella McCartney dress and Celine heels.

  1. wow you definitely fill out that dress so beautifully. it is stunning on you. i’m really liking this new hair on you. its so sophisticated. its making me think of cutting my hair now too lol! gorgeous as always kim! I’m very much liking your new look.

  2. KAKES

You know Quicktrim is not good for you, come on now!
Everything can’t always be about making money…or is it ?

  3. I like this look, but must agree with my fellow@hookasfan quick trim is not good. @Farzeen your is nice :) no need to cut it lovey!

  4. @Farzeen ,am sure ;)

    • @farzeen, you still trying to loose weight?

      • yes i am..i’m thin everywhere else but my face is last place to go its so frustrating.

        • i just want no chin and i want hollow cheeks is that too much to ask for? lol

        • @Farzeen, You need to work with your body not against. I learn that in my yoga class :)

I have high cheekbones and i learned techniques to soften :) my facial features, with make up.Self confidence is all you need to love the way your face looks, the minute you stop fighting with it the more it will look lovely :)

          • why would you want to hide high cheekbones? that is beautiful. so many women want that! i’ve learned to take pictures better though by angling the camera higher. i don’t’ know how to explain.. i don’t have a double chin but i look like i do sometimes. i don’t have a defined jaw thats my problem. but yes you right i have to just accept it. :) i want high cheekbones.. i’m sure highlight and contour look good on you then

          • what am i saying.. i meant angling my face and the camera.

          • @Farzeen, my mom showed me photos of Sophia Loren, haifa wehbe, she thinks that I have similar face features, must be the high cheekbones and big eyes.LOL

I am not going for cheeckbones reduction anymore,LMAO So you think I should not hide it ?? . I don’t have double chin.LOL mama mia

          • no don’t hide your cheekbones! and no i hope you don’t think i said that you have a double chin i didnt.. i said i look like i do in pics. you don’t have one. sorry for confusion

          • and that middle eastern singer you mentioned has beautiful features

  5. Kim, definitely rocked this look for you Quicktrim Event. Everything is on point as always. Do you ever have a bad fashion day, you look amazing in everything.

  6. Picture #5 – Tammy Faye Baker – right?

    • the eye makeup is the same!

      • @too though,can I wear that at work? LOL

        • Kim does not look like that in my opinion..

          • Kim’s makeup is applied very well. where as Tammy’s looks smudged.. i’m not speaking ill of her i know she has passed on i’m just saying her makeup doesn’t look nice in that pic you posted of her.

          • I’m not speaking ill of Ms. Baker either – she really was a very sweet, charming woman. But both she and Kim are known for wearing far too much eye makeup. While Tammy Faye loved her Maybelline mascara, Kim uses false eyelashes and mascara. Look at Kim’s photo #5 in “full screen” – similar amount of eye makeup. Tammy’s was always kind of smudged because she did not wear waterproof – but my point is that Kim’s makeup is excessive too.

          • oh i see. but don’t you think it goes with the look of the dress and the cut out work?

          • kim reminds me very much of Cleopatra. thats what it is.. thats what i was trying to say. her makeup is very cleopatra like and thatts what i like about it.

          • but we can agree to disagree.

          • @Farzeen, Kim wears too much make up besides what we see in photos?

          • Farzeen – I agree with you – it is like Cleopatra

          • @Farzeen, the lebanese singer is really beautiful I also like her :)

          • And I do like the dress – very lovely on Kim – and to wear Stella McCarthy while in London was a great choice giving a fashion nod to a Brit

          • @too throught and Farzeen….I love way to much Cleopatra,I even travel to egypt in 2007 just to know more about the queen, come on girls!!!!

          • too through.. sorry just saw comment now. you mean in person? honestly i don’t think so.. she has makeup on of course but its not obvious. she just looks flawless. with mile long lashes and big babydoll eyes. the times that ive seen her it never looked caked on or anything. i can only speak for myself though i don’t know what others think that have seen her. And im not just saying that because i love her lol. to me she really didn’t look like she had a ton of makeup on.

          • one thing that puzzles me also is why people say she is fat. because i know the camera adds 10 pounds. heck i know tht believe me lol! But im being completely honest when i say she is one very tiny woman. not just in height but whats the other word? do u know what im trying to say? she’s small built. her waist is like non existant. she is extremely tiny. so if she is tiny and we are the same height without her wearing heels imagine how small kourtney is.

          • Detysuka, Cleopatra is amazing. i have a lot of eygptian themed paintings in my room. love them.

          • comment about makeup in person was for Detysuka.*

          • @Farzeen,I love Cleopatra history , visit Cairo museum sometime is like going back on time, Cleopatra’s bed made in pure gold, is amazing !!!! what is your height?

          • Farzeen – about Kim’s being “fat” – you said she is tiny, and clearly she is petite. I think she looks bigger than she is and sometimes “fat” because of her choice in clothes and the size of her clothes. Wearing clothes that are extremely tight/too small highlights bulges. Lately she has looked much better because she is wearing clothes that are not as tight.

          • @Farzs what is your height?

          • too through. yea i guess tight things do accentuate bulges. or make bulges appear where there really are none lol.

            @detysuka im 5’3

          • @Farz :) nice, am 5’5

          • Detysuka a bed made of gold???? where were we? we need that lol!

          • @Farzeen ,I saw the bed made in pure gold when i visited the Cairo museum along with her jewelry , it was surreal!!!! that made me cry :) .

Farzeen, I am very girly, I am always in my High heels :)

          • Detysuka…i can only imagine the thoughts going through your mind at that very moment. you’re very lucky to have gone there. to think of what lives they lived and to see us know is mind boggiling. we don’t travel that often. when we do is usually only to visit family back home in sa. which we are going to on june 21st is our flight..aah i’ll miss the blog. major withdrawel symptoms for sure. unless i find a comp lol

          • i can only wear 4 inch heels nothing higher. ;(

          • @Farzeen ,I wish i was in cape town :) what lovely place!!!! men I love your country :) they food, wine, people.

I am bit a upset today, did you heard in the news about the Angolan student in Brazil, that was shot :( after graduation ceremony?? how bizarre is this? she was 21.Sick world!!!

          • wow no i didn’t watch the news today..that is awful. who would do something like that and whatever the reason its not good enough. to hurt someone let alone take a life is just the most disgusting, sick, thing to do. and so young.. may she rest in peace. my goodness her life was just starting.. i’m sorry you are upset.

          • thats making me think of my family.. they want to move here to canada. because sa is not safe. an uncle was murdered in his home in front of his kids who were not older than 5 at the time..

        • hey mama whats new?

          • @ detsuka , sweets 123, etc

          • @Farz, Joburg is bad, Cape Town,Durban, not that much ,right?

I don’t understand Brazilian’s, half population is black and mixed but still one of the most racist people that i came across.

          • @Paris654,hey bunni

          • Detysuka yea you’re right about joburg, cape town etc. Durban is like in between.

and really? one would think Brazil would be the last place racism existed. i’ve never understood it we all are God’s creation what makes people think that by their skin colour it makes them better than the next person? skin colour is not something that we had a choice in. so what gives someone the right to think they are better because they feel their skin makes them superior. that irks me so much.

  7. @too through, nah hahahahahahaha no I am not even close to that hahahahahahahahahahahaha , thank you any way am really laughing hard :) much love. <3

  8. Hi Kim!

Love that you do a Style Snapshot, but couldn’t you also do a snapshot of the make up you’re wearing on events and such? The brand, colour and such. For example, the lips, the nails, eye make up.
I think a lot of people would like that :)
    Hugs!

    • I totally agree!! I was thinking the same thing. I love the lipstick she has on—and would love to know what brand, color, etc. Maybe they will do that soon for inquiring minds!

      • i know you werent asking me but i was wondering same thing and to me it looked like macs blankety or cremesheen

        • Cool..thanks! I’ll check that out. I know she typically wears Mac, but I think it’d be a great idea to have that listed on here. ..since I’m probably more likely to buy the makeup than the clothes! lol

        • Hey farzeen! Your trip back home is coming up pretty fast hey, don’t stress bout missing the blog, you know you’ll always have my Internet to use if u in joburg lol. It’s getting so so cold here tho, how sad :(

          • hey glammy_girl. haha you’re the best! i heard you guys are heading into your winter. we can switch places you come here. we are into our summer and its getting pretty hot. Keep warm sunshine! <3 hopefully i bump into you in sa ;)
