kim when i met you i was 145 pounds i’m now 128.. i want to get to 115.. do you have any tips to get there faster?
Good morning Farzeen:-) Honestly, you are asking the wrong person. Go to a nutritionist or personal trainer. Forget her quicktrim scam-it is not healthy. Just do cardio at least 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Eat whole wheat carbs or brown rice pasta, no sweet drinks, tons of organic arugula, spinach greens, and lean protein. Get most of your carbs before 5 pm.
If you go to a gym lift weights at least 3 times a week.
Talk to someone who really knows about fitness ( I trained people in a gym in brasil for 3 years), Kim does what her trainer tells her.
Farzeen – good for you! I know you didn’t ask my opinion, but … walking is great exercise. Do you really need to lose more? Health is more important than a number on the scale and toned muscles weigh more than fat so don’t rely on the number alone.

Know about having a big face – I am waiting for a kidney transplant and am on massive amounts of meds including prednisone. The steroids have changed my formerly rather long narrow face into a big round moon face that no exercise seems to help with. I am hyper-aware of it – but others not so much. So others probably are not focusing on the things you dislike about your body – we are all too hard on ourselves.
just me 12.. omg!! i am so sorry for what you are going through. i hope that you get the Kidney transplant soon and that you recover soon. you are right. we are hard on ourselves a lot. when i was 16 i was assaulted and ever since then i have not been able to accept myself and have had a hard time liking myself. thats when the problem with my weight started and it hasn’t left me since.
Agreed don’t ask kim for advice she’ll only respond if you have money for her to make. Anyways don’t use her quick trim and don’t try to lose it too fast. I did the maple syrup fast for 2 weeks and I DID lose weight and look good for a bit but immediately gained it back and then some :( So I had to lose it the normal way again. Don’t take shortcuts they’re usually not worth it.
MArgox.. was it the maple syrup and cajan pepper one? i tried that too and it just gave me horrid pain in my throat for daysss.
Really? I thought it was yummy. Though every night I was doing the fast I NO JOKE dreamed about food. That’s how hungry you get while fasting. I don’t know how girls in hollywood keep up a size zero. I’m not in high school anymore though so I’m fine with not being perfect. You start to get over it at a certain point.

Margox since I’m muslim we fast for the month of Ramadhan so i totally know what it feels like to go hungry some people gain weight while fasting.. i never understand how but i think its because of the oily foods we indulge in after.
Farzeen – so sorry you were assaulted and that the act is still affecting you The person who did that to you is beyond descipable. Have you tried talking to other survivors of assault? For fitness you should look into kick boxing! Great exercise AND it may help you feel emotionally stronger about the assault.
just me 12 i am going for rape counselling but i don’t think its helping.. i just feel worse after every session.. but i know it takes time. funny thing is it happened 6 years ago and after it i started coming to kims blog when i stopped socializing with people because i felt worthless and then i felt like i had a sister and no I’m not crazy i mean like someone that was “there” for me. and she would respond to me etc. she really saved me from wanting to not live. thats why meeting her was the best thing for me. it was like thanking her for being my guardian angel. thats why I’m here “24/7″ lol

@margox sorry i only saw your comment now. i personally don’t own anything that is real f*r but i feel like if someone wants to wear it thats there choice. i have two lovebirds as pets and i wouldn’t want anything bad happening to them. but i don’t like the approach that the group that girl was from is nice i mean they bully so much that it makes you want to do what they are saying not to do just to make them mad you know? my mum has a few things that are real f*r that are passed down to her from her grandma and mom and i have some things from my mum as well but i don’t know if that makes me a bad person or not.

Cool cool. Yeah I mean if you have things that are passed down I think it’s ok to still save but not to wear. We have so many other fashionable ways to stay warm I think it’s unnecessary. Yes peta is a bit radical and extreme sometimes though.
YOu might not even need to lose weight. How tall are you? Is it certain parts of your body you want to change?

Wow farzeen are you trying to change certain body parts about yourself. I felt like that like four years ago.. I wanted the curves etc.. I ate and ate and ate . I even drank ensures. I got big but not curvey. Lol I had to exercise to tone up my curves. I always had the boobs. But now I have the booty nice hourglass shape. It was always there but I was trying to be something I wasn’t. Now I’m happy about my body. You have to. Be happy what god gave you. In his eyes we are ALL beautiful

Our fast is for 21 days. No diary meat etc sugar just fruit vegetable water so I know how it feels to fast but it brings you closer to god.. hey they might put this up as kim bloggers makeup. Lol
