Kim is one of many D list reality stars who have a lot of exposure for doing very little. She’s has too much publicity which feeds her vanity but with that she should expect a bit of criticsm.
She is also a publicity conrol freak, no one can write anything negative about her without pimp mama Kris threatening to sue (like the sweatshop story, a full investigation was promised but nothing came of it)
I would like her much better if she came out and admitted to numerous plastic surgery, fillers etc but she is too vain, insincere and full of herself. After all anyone can look good with thousands of pounds money spent changing their face.
