Wow it looks like kim got cheeks fullers. Her face was never like this. One time they had a marathon of kuwtk for a week and everyday was a different season. She looked different in each seasons.. I think that last break up with reggie she really got a lot of stuff things done. Kim leave your face alone. Once you start you have to keep up with it for the rest of your life
@margox and @paris654 I agree she has had cheek fillers, I don’t know whether she has had permanent implants but they look very unnatural. She should leave off the injections and hope they return to their normal size eventually.
The fillers make her eyes squinty. In fact she is starting to look lie Pimp Mama Kris.
