On Monday night I attended the Angel Ball at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City with LaLa.
The Angel Ball is an event for cancer research. As most of you know, my father passed away from cancer, so I was there to share my story and honor my dad! It was a very special event and I’m so honored to have been invited.
Joyce and I went for a dark smokey eye to compliment the black and white strapless gown. Do you like the look?

Launching Millions of Milkshakes in Dubai

One of the highlights of our Dubai trip was celebrating the launch of Millions of Milkshakes in the Dubai Mall. It’s the largest mall in Dubai… it was amazing!! I wore this Alexander McQueen dress and Christian Louboutin heels for the special launch event and we headed to the store to make some delicious shakes!
The trip was so amazing. I want to thank everyone in Dubai for being so friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time!!
Our First Night in Dubai

As soon as we got to the hotel in Dubai we changed quickly and went to go eat inside Nobu restaurant. I couldn’t believe they had a Nobu there. For a second we forgot where we were! Dubai reminds me of home a lot.
Joyce, Carla, my mom and her friend Ronda and I all took some pics on the balcony and as we were going to dinner downstairs we noticed the huge fish tank in the middle of the hotel! It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It had sharks, sting rays and hundreds of fish! This tank is in the middle of the hotel, so some hotel rooms have it as one of the walls!
When we were finished with dinner, we came back to the room and they had the room fully lit with candles everywhere and a flower theme that they would change every day for us. It was so beautiful! I miss Dubai!

I love trying new hair trends! I attended The Huffington Post Game Changers 2011 event in NYC this week and to go with this gorgeous mermaid dress, Rob and I decided on a beautiful fishtail braid! Do you guys like it?
I think it’s one of those hair styles that you can wear with anything! I dressed it up with some gold doorknocker earrings for the red carpet, but you could wear your hair like this with a comfy sweater and jeans for a cozy, casual winter look!
