You probably have Systemic Candidiasis which causes allergies to foods which in turn causes skin conditions such as Psoriasis. I’m certain that The McCombs Plan will eradicate your Psoriasis by eradicating Systemic Candida.

      Dear Kim,
I don’t typically blog or write celebrities but I watched your episode tonight in regards to your psoriasis. I am 34 years old and I have psoriasis. When and still I cry over why do I have this incurable disease. I have done creams, injections and oral medications to minimize it. I am married to a younger man and I will never forget while we were dating and how scared I was to explain to him what was wrong with me. Of course I started out with it’s not contagious……I was so embarrassed. He just looked at me kissed me and said your beautiful and I don’t even notice. Which I knew he was lying because when I look in the mirror thats all I see. Anyways, I write this to you to tell you I know what you are going through. When I watched I cried. I cried because I didn’t feel alone. I just wanted to say thank you. I don’t know if you even read this but if you do I would love to know what types of treatments or tips you may have. You are a inspiration!

i know exactly how you feel as well. I have has psoriasis on my scalp since i was very little, i am now 22- had it for about 12 years. and I just had to rush on the internet after watching that episode to spread the word about a wonderful natural treatment that i found last year. it is called Champori and here is their website: I dont work for them, but i LOVE their products. Cleared up my psoriasis in about a week and still no signs of it returning. There are TONS of before and after shots on the website. Please try it before turning to medications that have side effects. Hope this helped :)

I just watched the episode yesterday when you were diagnosed with psoriasis. Running a little behind and had to play catch up! Psoriasis although not cureable it is very treatable without thick nasty creams, oral mediations or even injections. I’m sure you have heard of the doctor’s that created Proactiv Solution, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields. They have developed four other medical skin care treatments one of which being for what we call hyper-sensitive skin. Psoriasis falls in that category along with other issues such as Rosacea and Eczema. The regimen for these conditions is called SOOTHE. It actually goes down into the deeper layers of your skin and heals from the inside out. The treatment is in three steps that you use daily and people see results and feel relief almost immediately. All of Rodan + Fields products have a 60 day empty bottle, 100% money back guarantee. When you sign up as a Preferred Customer you get a 10% discount on all products and free shipping. The great thing is that it is shipped you you automatically every 60 days and you don’t have to worry about going out to get it or having perscriptions refilled. Take a look at my website, under the products tab take a look at the SOOTHE Regimen. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have, just shoot me an email or give me a call at 404-502-7129.

Kim, when I turned 30 years old, I started having psioriasis. My sister and my grandfather had it too. Well, It got so bad over the next 5 years that I started getting really depressed. I wore capris instead of shorts, long sleeve shirts instead of short sleeves, you get the picture! And I didn’t go out of the house very much. Well, GOD does answer prayers! My neighbor happen to come by the house unannouced, which means she saw me in my shorts and short sleeved shirt. She said “what is this?” I said I have psioriasis. She said, “I bet you are allergic to something. I bet it’s gluten.” So she gave me a book called Dangerous Grains. So immediately I went gluten-free. In 3 months all of my psioriasis was gone!! That’s the good news. The bad news is that…. I’m gluten-free. It was awesome that I found a cure! With out harmfull meds! Plus no more heartburn/ indigestion, my stomach was good and happy! But, no more easy fast food. It was socially hard to say,” no I can’t eat that, I’m gluten-free.” Or tell my husband no I can’t eat at our favorite restaurant anymore. And forget about pot-luck dinners at church. (People think something is wrong with you if you don’t eat their food). Well, I’ve been gluten-free for about 6 years now. YEY! I cheat once in a while. But it’s not worth it. (yes, it comes back) Good luck to you and anybody else that reads this that has psioriasis too! xoxo

      • demiswissfan  |   Posted on Jul 29th, 2011

oh really?! okay..maybe I should become gluten-free too

I discovered psoriasis at a very young age..when I was about 8years old or so. And in the following 10years it has spread out SO much. it’s like everywhere. There are soo many dots on my leg, my tummy, my arm, my head, etc. :/
There are some cremes I got but it will only lower or disappear for a few days and then come back again.. it’s quite frustrating

    • donofriot  |   Posted on Jul 31st, 2011

I am watching the episode of the psoriasis outbreak and feel sick for you! The exact same thing happened to me right around turning 30, I seriously thought I had cancer or some kind of lepracy!! I just had to post this to alleviate some of your stress because after the first few months of it all over my legs and tummy it cleared up and gradually stopped coming back except for a little one of two spots here and there. I am now 35 and it rarely shows up. I hope you are all clear for now, take care :)

    • ♥Farzeen♥  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

Meg… why do you continue to be soo rude to Kim? You come here and act nice one minute and the next you are completely rude and hurtful towards kim. She has never done anything to harm you in any way shape or form. So what on earth gives you the right to lash out at her like the way you do? How can you say all that you do and then say “love ya” after it all? to do that you have to have a really twisted mind. IF you don’t like Kim its simple.. don’t come to her blog to lash out. You are here as often as us fans so that takes me to my next question.. If you dislike Kim so much why do you spend every day on her blog? God help you.

      • Alimah  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

        • angel_baby  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

I think that Meg’s been nice lately because it was actually her those times. I believe someone is using her account to trash talk Kim, this happened before & she explained it wasn’t her but her sister or cousin.

          • charlyn  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

is a reality that you copied the account meg, I am really tired of all these people, or better say this person who enters this blog just to say stupid things, NO MORE!, just insulting kim, let her live, she is a respectable lady, kind, sympathetic, kind, sweet, girls please do not respond more to these comments without reason, we are in this blog to support kim, not to please these people refuse to treat yourself to come to kim and us less

      • E.W.V2.0  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

Tell me about it, Farzeen. Even as I type this, I’ve had to deal with a two-faced berk on my own blog by deleting his comments and my responses to them. Trust me on this, folks; rubbing me up the wrong way on the 15th anniversary of the death of a close friend of mine is a very unwise move.

      • Meg Pieper  |   Posted on Jul 25th, 2011

don’t sweat it Meg. Some people on here think they “own” this site…last time I checked, it belonged to Kim Kardashian.
        Don’t let them bully you!

Happy Sunday Kim. First let me start of by saying Meg Pieper you are a complete Hater. Please do not get on Kim K’s website and talk trash. Please keep your opinion to yourself. True fans come here to give Kim positive energy not negative. I never even heard Kim say anything bad about Paris Hilton. Don’t always believe what you read it’s not always true. But in the end “Haters Gonna Hate”.

  4. Jarvis Lawhorn  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

Again Happy Sunday to Kim and all my fellow true Kim K. fans. Kim cannot wait to see Keeping Up tonight. Sunday’s are becoming my favorite day of the week. Season Six has been the best season ever. Hope you are enjoying you Bachelorette Party in Vegas. Party you single days away. I love you Kim.

My daughter doesn’t have psoriasis but she has eczema. She has had it since she was born; we thought it was actually ring worm as well (we had gone camping). Long story short, I have discovered that her eczema is triggered by orange juice. When she was a baby she would get it all the time (seemed like she constantly had a spot on her). Now, if I control her intake of acidic drinks she will get maybe once a year (she is now 4). In addition, I wash her clothes in Tide free, bathe her only with Dove soap (sensitive), and use vaseline on the areas that are dry/red. The dermo I took her to told me that plain vaseline (in addition to the hydro cortisone when needed) is the best.
So, you might want to keep a log on what you eat and see if there is some correlation between what you are eating and break outs.

You will get a handle on this…I know it’s frustrating. I spent many hours crying because it seemed after one area would go away another would pop up (when you are a parent you want to protect your child and I felt helpless). I do have to say we have it pretty much under control since she was 2 (now she is 4). In regard to my daughter, I keep her out of the sun, limit her time in pools/lake/beach, ALWAYS put sunscreen (100 SPF), make sure you put a lot of lotion (vaseline) on during the winter, and again…I monitor her intake of acidic drinks (orange juice/oranges).

    Good will be okay.

    Hi Kim,

My name is Cécile, I’m French and It happens that I do have Psoriasis and I hope that my comment will help you through “your skin situation”.

First of all, It’s a real MINOR skin desease, the thing is: that’s a GENETIC one. It’s minor ’cause it does not affect your health BUT it could be not beautiful at all. Psoriasis cannot be seen for years and one day you got rashes. I would say It’s a wave disease, like you haven’t had it for 30 years (kind of cool) and it could be the only time you will actually see it. Psoriasis could be really different from one to another person.
The worst part of having Psoriasis is the tiredness you can feel and obviously the rashes. Psoriasis also rhymes with dry or super dry skin, the only thing to do is using as much as moisturizer you feel your skin needs (1/2/3 times a day).

Second of all: Psoriasis can be more disturbing when you’re stressed out. It’s the way your body uses to make you realize that you’re stressed out even if you think you’re not, so I don’t know what you like to do to relax yourself but you can try yoga, relaxation therapy, or anything else you could find relaxing.

Third of all: The SUN is your best friend with Psoriasis, doctors don’t really know why but it really helps to make the rashes smaller or even make them disappear (just for the wave you got). Or course we have to do sunbathing carefully (sun protection & no exposure to sunlight from 11 a.m to 4 p.m). It also appears that the properties of the Dead Sea are also beneficial.

I know, because I tried it, that creams with “corticoïdes” (I didn’t find a proper translation, it’s a French word) work perfectly to make the rashes go away…but to my mind it’s better to have just rashes than pimples.

So to sum it up you can’t do anything to cure Psoriasis but you can make it less disturbing to you by:

    1. Using a lot of moisturizer.
    2. Do sunbaths as much as you can, 5 to 15 minutes a day work in a longtime treatment for instance.
    3. Use products containing Dead Sea’s water or even go to a place next to the Dead Sea to get specific curative cares.
    4. RELAX yourself.
    5. Use creams that your dermatologist would give you.
    6. Do not think about Psoriasis to much.
    7. Ask pieces of advice but never what the others got with their Psoriasis ’cause it probably will freak you out. It affects each and everyone in different ways.
    8. I hope that my comment is not to long and clear enough.

We love you guys, yeah yeah even in France ;-).

    Xo Xo Cécile

Hey Kimmie…I’m sorry to hear you have to deal with Psoriasis…it’s good that you can talk to your mom about it. I do get little rashes on my hands if I’m under a lot of stress. Hope it goes away really soon doll! Don’t worry about it and try to rest as much as possible. You work too much! :) Lots of love, hugs and kisses from Croatia! Hope you had a great weekend!

Share his good looks with the public please Kim I begging you!!! JK JK I know Kris is a human being and not property but I hope people get the joke and don’t wrtie back to me all crazy….Anyway enjoy your morning Kimiee la la la luvah

  9. donna482  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

Hi Kim, you should use Molton Brown shower gel and moisturiser it has really help me and other people that I have recommended it to.

  10. smashbox  |   Posted on Jul 24th, 2011

I don’t think it is psoriasis, but I think you have burnt your skin with the laser. We all know you get laser all over your body to remove your hair and it can burn your skin on areas where the skin is really sensitive. And if you did one session with fake tan on, it could be the reason of your skin problems…
