4. squizzer  |   Posted on Jul 22nd, 2011 Kim, I know you probably won ‘t see this, but I just learned that you have the dreaded psorasis. I got it back about 20 years ago in my 30′s and it started on my legs. It has stayed contained to my legs only and it flairs up with stress. If I go to the river and tube and put suntan lotion on it almost disappears. The SUN is the best thing for mine, but you have to be careful and not burn it or it can trigger more. Keep it moist with water and suntan lotion and in and out of the sun and it magically disappears. I also keep tons of cream on them and they don’t bother me unless I am stressed. I also heard that tumeric helps to calm them down but I haven’t tried it yet. I tried all the RX creams years ago but all they do is thin your skin out. I don’t recommend.
