That woudl be great if but one thing…x-rays weren’t used to view bone. Being a nurse, specializingi n radiology, an x-ray is used to view bone and there is no way you could have a side shot of a hip and there be no bone in the x-ray. The only time a large solid mass would viewable on an x-ray is if it was a solid mass of liquid as with inflammation.
