It’s a Crazy world! Take some YOU time!
Hey dolls! I just wrote a blog post for one of my favorite Twitter accounts, @TheDailyLove. They launched a fun, inspirational website about love, success and positive thinking, and I wanted to share my latest post with you guys! It’s almost summer time – can you believe it? This year has gone by so fast! I wanted to take some time to talk a little bit about what’s on my mind right now. The name Kardashian and hard work go hand in hand. There isn’t a moment in any day where I am not busy doing something. I’m always filming, travelling, blogging, tweeting and working behind the scenes to make the magic happen. I’ve worked hard all my life. I believe that hard work is the magical fairy dust that turns dreams into reality. But, when I turned 30, I started to see a whole new perspective on life. I still really love to work hard, but I also find myself really wanting to just find some “me” time. It’s like SO easy to lose yourself in your work. TRUST ME, I know! I work so hard sometimes I don’t have any energy left to give to my fam or friends. So what I’ve really been trying to do lately is make more time for me to recharge and get centered. Deepak Chopra told me once that, “you cannot give to the world what you don’t have yourself”. I love my fam, friends and fans so much that I feel like I owe it to them to do more “me” time. When I take more time for me, it really helps me to not let the CRAZINESS of my life get to me. Part of being successful is that your time gets waaay more precious because there is always so much going on. Dolls, the crazy world will always be there, so take some time for YOU today! Hey sista dolls…. I hope everyone is doing great! I’ve been super busy myself lately working as an RN (Nurse) in labor & delivery (I love my job) but I don’t have nearly as much time as I used to. I really miss visiting my favorite websites every day!
I really can relate 2 ur blog Kim….So glad ur taking U time, U deserve 2 pamper yourself. If we don’t pamper ourselves, who will?

I agree with you so much. It makes for a healthier “you” when you take some time for yourself and not lose yourself in your day and/or life. I’m all about peacefulness, God, and bettering ones self (I want to live to 120+). Try watching Dr. Oz too. I follow his health advice to a T. Good luck, Kim.
Hi Kim! I totally agree with your advice, and want to add to it! Sometimes you have to cut back on work to experience things you cherish. This year, I skipped class to go to the US Open. In 5 years I will not remember that individual class, but I will remember the wonderful day I had at the US Open! It’s important to make those choices sometimes.
I Agree Desi<3Doll quality of life is very important, to me is what drives me everyday, I also had to make a choice, car or traveling the world, cars are very expensive, so I decided to use public transportation and save my money and travel all over, I'd rather have the memories than a car note.
