My family and I used to live in Turkey we were there for 2 yrs my husband serves for the Air Force and my daughter was born there we just returned to the states anyway you look amazing in this picture I am sure they will love it in Turkey =)

I have never written a comment before but I feel really compelled to share my thoughts regarding this matter.
I fully understand that it is not Kim’s responsibility to make people happy but I do feel that it is a bit of a back hand to her culture which she claims to be so proud of. I understand that she didn’t know it would published this month, but instead of being offended and backing her own people after being a descendant of the Armenian culture and knowing the heart breaking damage that the genocide did, she still chose to post that she is proud to be the first.

@tahneenw I never said she shouldn’t claim that she is Armenian because she is not 100%….I said she shouldn’t JUST claim that .She should claim what she got from her mom’s side,also.She is Armenian as well as….Scottish and Dutch(reportedly) also.It’s only fair!…and I wasn’t hating.

This is the first time I am commenting on any blog because you have made me angry enough to do it. Armenian people have been oppressed and kicked down all throughout our history and we have survived through it all. Yet it seems anytime there is an Armenian pop culture icon speaking out about our heritage and pride, there is always one ignorant moron in the background trying to pull our heritage down. Maybe if you were Armenian, you would understand how much pride we have in our culture, our people, and our land. It doesn’t matter if she is 100% Armenian or 10%, she SHOULD feel proud to stand up for her people. It seems to me YOU are the ignorant one. Doll, in our cultures We take after the father!!!! If her Father is Armenian , she is an Armenian. ( is another story tht in the US we claim 5 % Scotish 3.5 % Indian, and so, on.We are coming from a different cultures. Some of you guys need to start travel more often.
