Stay Positive & Live Your Dreams!
I recently did a fun blog for The Daily Love about staying positive and living your dreams! They are one of my favorite Twitter accounts to follow. I love their daily quotes and positive, inspirational messages. Are you guys following them? I’m so happy to take some time to write some thoughts I have about success, love and positive thinking on TheDailyLove.com! In this business there’s a lot of hype, glam and superficiality that can really get the best of you. On top of that, in today’s world there is so much negativity that it can be really hard to stay positive and focused on your dream. But none of the surface stuff or negativity matters; the only thing that matters is believing in yourself – no matter what. Here are some tips on how to be successful and stay positive!
Number 1 – Love your haters! The more you shine, the more people will want to keep you down. Don’t let them! Celebrate that people are watching you, even if they aren’t loving what you’re doing. Haters are a part of success and help you believe in yourself ! If you believe the haters more than yourself, they’ve won. Don’t let the haters win; let them push you to believe in YOU even more! Number 2 – Work hard! Nothing is more important than hard work! Life doesn’t give you success; you have to go out there and make it happen. Your dreams are totally doable but hard work is how they come true! Number 3 – Stay positive! There’s enough hate and negativity out there to drive anyone crazy! But that doesn’t mean it has to drive you crazy! No matter what happens, keep a positive mindset! Positive thinking and working hard make those dreams come true, dolls! Number 4 – Build a great team! There is no way I could do what I do without an amazing team. Don’t try to do everything yourself. It’s SOOO important to know what you’re good at and then be really good at it. Find people who are good at the stuff you’re not so good at and empower them to shine! It takes team work to make the dream work! Number 5 – Know your worth! There’s no way you’ll be able to live your dream if you don’t feel worthy. You are so special and when you know this you can really make some magic happen in your life. Very inspirational Kim….I LOVE everything you had to say especially #1 & #5 but everything U say is on point & I admire how you think…I mean U really have your head on straight. Lots of props to your lovely mother for raising her kids so well, all of this stems from excellent home training! I so admire your mother as a mother! I really hope I can be as excellent of a mother to my son as Mama Kris is to all of hers. I believe Keeping Up is the best family show on Television by far! Hello. Hi I’m Erika. Before I start I’m sure your never tired of hearing you are an inspirational, successful, intelligient, talanted, and gorgeous individual. I’m going to add I wasn’t a fan before, although I can say you presented a side I would of never expected. You take your career very serious ofcourse anyone in your position would have to. You have a career in manys eyes but not many realize this has become normal daily life. I will take your advice and not only “embrace” many who might dislike. Optimisim is also great advice If anyone should know how to stay strong it would be you as well as your family. I do watch keeping up with kardashians and I love the show aside from family issues I have to give it up to your hole family It must not be easy to be in the spotlight especially since it’s world wide at that you have many critics. See I want to be a “model” not a real model but for me it’s good enough. I want to model for American Apparel! I didn’t feel so confident about my apperance. I felt like I wouldn’t know how to do that type of work but I realized everyone has natural qualities one can offer. I’m actually hispanic but can pass off as a white,spanish,or armenian. What isn’t great about that. Well thanks for the advice you offer on your website atleast your real! Thats why fans support you.

I love your your #5. ;) One great tip a friend told me when I was younger was back in the day I didn’t think that I was pretty even though everyone was always telling me I was and giving me compliments everywhere I went. She said, “You don’t think you’re pretty?” I said, “No.” Then she told me that I was gorgeous and if I didn’t think I was beautiful, no one will think I was beautiful. If I thought I was beautiful, everyone will think I am beautiful. So simple, but I changed the way I looked at myself and it changed my life forever. I felt beautiful from that day on and I noticed I started getting even MORE positive feedback and compliments! Literally! Its not about being conceited, but more about seeing yourself in a better light (and being more confident) and others will follow.
