Except for one little thing…”Bye bye Trainer, Hello Shape ups!” Kim I workout with a trainer 3 to 4 times a week! Im a small woman 5’2 123 lbs and im also Puerto Rican so i like to keep a toned and sleek physique! You and i both know that shape ups arent going to do what a trainer can do to your body. Sure they can assist in the process, but no way are they going to keep a body like mine or yours in shape. Just saying, i love you and im always on your side, but i just had to say that one little thing. Reply
