Kim is a very beautifull grown woman, if she chose to have surgery its a choice she made and she doesn have to consult the world bout it… Oh and maybe she just took her extentions out, she is a real person and not a doll… She is stunning anyway.

When you put your life on display and make yourself a public figure everyone has the right to give their feedback especially her fans. The only reason she is being criticized is because she is starting to lose her appeal. Men find her hot and women find her relatable but if she changes her looks way too much people will forget why they liked her in the first place and move on to the next hot famous thing. For the sake of her own career she should stop the surgery…
