i hate that there is so much controversy about your appearance. when does it stop? lol you are so right when you lose weight your features do change quite a bit. more so the nose. my dad is a doc and he always says face changes first when losing weight. xo

Kim has always had high cheek bones and they have always been ful. she lost weight but losing weight does not mean you lose your bone structure! her cheek bones will always be emphasized because of her bone structure.

As much as I love u Kim, I think it’s blatantly obvious to any human eye that you’ve had a little tweaking done to ur nose. losing weight doesn’t affect the size of ur lips, stopping hyaluronic injections does! & contouring cant change the tip of ur nose.
