I didn't think he nose looked any different from all the other times I've seen her.. I just know Middle Eastern noses are usually not the best.. (I'm half Przn and thinking about it) so I was wondering if she had one done long before she got famous.

before getting a nose job hunn, maybe try contouring your nose and see if u like what that looks like before permanently changing ur nose. good luck to you hunn

hey, no kim did not get a nose job she has stated that many time . her nose may look different b/c of her weight loss and also b/c of contouring. i am a beautician and i do this all the time for clients. it works wonders and transforms ur nose.
