Beach Body, Bahamas Style

I went to the Bahamas to shoot for People
magazine for a beach body spread! This was the most beautiful shoot
ever. The ocean, the sand, everything in the Bahamas is so peaceful. It was so much fun because Frankie and Mario came out to do my hair and make up! I can always be super silly with those boys, so it made the shoot extra fun!

Del Mar with Mum and MJ

Before spending the day with Deepak my mom and I had breakfast with my
grandma MJ! MJ really is the cutest person alive! She is so stylish and
fun to be around! We ate on the water in Del Mar! Del Mar is the same
place my mom and my dad met when my mom was 17 years old. They met at
the Del Mar race track so I took a pic as we drove by. My dad was going
to law school in San Diego and my mom had just graduated high school! I had
always heard the story of how they met so it was really cool to see the
actual place!

Life, Love, Happiness and Spirituality with Deepak Chopra

My mom and I went down to La Costa to visit Deepak Chopra. He is the
most amazing, intelligent and kind man. I had always read his books and
followed his career, so it was such an honor to meet him. We had lunch and spoke about life, love, happiness, spirituality. He has a great new book on happiness that is coming out soon and I got a copy! I am reading it now and can’t wait to fill you in!

Jennifer Hudson: A True Diva

Jennifer Hudson is one of my favorite divas! I saw her sing at Michael Jackson’s memorial
and she was so amazing and looked stunning! Who would ever have though
that an American Idol contestant could go on to win an Academy Award!?
She was absolutely flawless in Dreamgirls… talk about
a diva movie!! Considering everything she’s been through in the last
year, she has come out on top, stronger than ever and she is a true
inspiration! She is truly a diva and I can’t wait to see her perform on
VH1’s Divas with Miley Cyrus, Leona Lewis, Adele, Kelly Clarkson and Jordin Sparks on September 17 at 9.00 p.m.

Beaching it Up for People Mag

I used to be really nervous doing bikini shoots but I honestly feel like now I am so much more confident and comfortable in my skin after losing a little weight and most importantly, toning up. Take a look through the People Magazine spread and let me know what you think. I think the photos turned out really well, very natural!

Khloe, Lamar and I went to the premiere of Kate Beckinsale’s new movie, Whiteout. The movie was great! Then we all went to eat at Mr. Chow. What do you think of my 40s old Hollywood hairstyle?

I Have My Own Stardoll

Me and my stylist Monica Rose both died when we saw this Stardoll!!! I can’t believe how exactly alike some of the pieces are to the pieces I’ve worn. I found my whole Derby outfit! Maybe in the future we can try looks out on my Stardoll to see how they look, haha!
