The Inspiration Behind My YRB Look
Remember the dark look Troy Jensen created for my YRB shoot? It was a look I had never tried before… short hair, dark lips, pale skin. It sounds kind of gothic, but it was more classic, like the femme fatales in film noir. Troy just blogged about the products he used to achieve this look and the women that inspired it. Troy drew inspiration from the Stars of the Silent Era including Gloria Swanson, Theda Bara, Clara Bow and Louise Brooks. Amazing! I love how he can take classic looks and reinvent them to make them modern and unique. He truly is a genius. Can you see the similarities between my look and their looks? It’s interesting to compare. Am I the only one that thinks Kim is the one getting married on Sunday? I could just be over analyzing (no, I don’t have anything better to do at the moment) but I think the whole situation is weird. Her and Reggie “broke up” then they’re back together, even though they haven’t confirmed it, then all of a sudden Khloe’s getting married? Khloe doesn’t strike me as a woman to marry someone after 4 weeks. Not that I blame Kim, if my theory is true. I’d do the same thing. Who would want paparazzi and helicopters flying over your ceremony? And it’s nobody’s businees anyway. I’d lie too. Either way, whoever’s getting married I wish you all the happiness in world and hope you share many beautiful years together.
Reggie has a game on Sunday. Why would the Saints allow him to miss a game to marry Kim? He should have done that in the off season if he was going to marry her. This is his the last contract year with the Saints. If he hopes to have a chance at an extension with Saints or another contract with another team he will be in Houston playing on Sunday and NOT marrying Kim. And why wouldn’t the paparazzi be at Khloe’s wedding their both on the same level of peudo-celebitites? Khloe (marriage) and Kourtney (pregnant) they have both done in eight month what Kim couldn’t do in 2 years. Kim is somewhere slicing her wrist….lol. If anything its Kourtney’s and Scott’s wedding and their just being dumb about it. Typical Kardashian style, but I could be wrong.
