hi kim I usually dont do this but Im having so much trouble losing weight. I gained a ton of weight over the last 4 years and I need to lose like 60 lbs! did u ever have trouble dieting and sticking to a program? I am only 20 years old and I know I should be at my ideal weight but its super hard because of my busy school schedule. Please write me back. Thanks for your time! Alexis
