I like shimmer, it does look dewy and glowy, and it brightens up the area under eyes and cheek bone for an almost angelic look…..so seductive if worn on the right parts of the face or body.

I do not know much about this shimmer stuff but I can say that your hair looks good (if this applies to your hair) I think it makes the color blend in better with your skin tone. I also think the makeup you are using helps blend in your hair better.
