Women in Afghanistan

I was watching the news and saw this Afghan woman, Farida Bayat, who is running for office. She gets death threats every day simply because she is a woman running for one of the nine provincial council seats set aside for women. The news story also mentioned that women in Afghanistan have been jailed for being raped because it is considered committing adultery! So shocking and sad. I hate how women are viewed. I really commend Farida for wanting to change
the way women are viewed and being brave enough to take a stand!

Dress For Success in New Orleans

After my short stay in Atlanta I headed to New Orleans for an amazing charity event
called Dress for Success. They do such amazing work! They give clothes to
underprivileged women so that they can look presentable and be better prepared to get a job. They provide women all over the world with a network of support and help them find jobs. Since 1997 they have served over 450,000 women!

I met fashion shoe designers and twin brothers Shane and Shawn. They had
some fab shoes!! We discussed Shoe Dazzle and their shoes. There was a
fashion show and a party and the Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton even came out to support the
event! It was a very special evening!

A Night in Atlanta

I went to Atlanta to host a night club party called Primal. I love Atlanta, although I didn’t get to spend enough time there. It was so much fun!
I ran into Kim, one of the housewives of Atlanta! I met lots of cool fans! Some of them are in these pics. Stephen came with me to glam me up!

Hanging with Scott

While Kourt & Khloe were away doing press, Scott and I grabbed
dinner and went to a Svedka Vodka Playground party where they were filming The Hills and an amazing Brent Bolthouse, Jared Leto photo gallery was
being presented. It was a pretty cool party! Scott missed Kourt, so he
came with me and we talked about Kourt all night! lol

Minx!

I asked Khloe if she wanted to get Minx with me and she yelled
back at me, I can’t get minks I am involved with PETA… I laughed and said,
“Khloe, it’s nail coverings!” haha! I recently tried them for the first time and I was really
impressed. Very cool for a photoshoot I had! I got silver lace with
zebra print on it! Very funky! What do you think?
