It’s so important to have a really good playlist to workout to. Music can be so motivating!! The majority of songs on my playlist right now are by strong, independent female singers like Lady Gaga, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, Beyonce and my good friend Ciara. Oh, and Madonna of course.
