Those things aren’t as effective as they make it seem i have one very similar to that and its been in my closet. i just do regular situps and those are the best to me.

As for me, I’m probably a bit too heavy for it at the moment, so I’d have to drop some pounds first. Though if it works for Kim, and encourages Reggie to use her shapely little midsection as a pillow (as I probably would in his position), so be it. :-)
