I workout at Gunnar Peterson's gym in Los Angeles and his partner Gregg Miele was wearing a bracelet that simply said="self discipline." I asked what it was all about and he told me it's very simple... you
wear the bracelet to remind you to be disciplined. When you consider
eating something you shouldn't, or do something you shouldn't, you snap it on your wrist and
get back to being focused. I loved this idea and immediately wanted one. He has
his own website called selfdiscipline.com. You guys should check it out and join in on the self discipline!
