Self Discipline!
I workout at Gunnar Peterson’s gym in Los Angeles and his partner Gregg Miele was wearing a bracelet that simply said=”self discipline.” I asked what it was all about and he told me it’s very simple… you
wear the bracelet to remind you to be disciplined. When you consider
eating something you shouldn’t, or do something you shouldn’t, you snap it on your wrist and
get back to being focused. I loved this idea and immediately wanted one. He has
his own website called selfdiscipline.com. You guys should check it out and join in on the self discipline!

Please respond to the rumors that Lil Bow Wow had a relationship with you. He’s bragging about sleeping with Ciara and you, and I seriously doubt that that’s true.

I don’t think there is anything to clear up. Bow Wow sounds like a scorned little boy no one is paying him any mind at all.
He needs to get over it and move on already. He has a lot of maturing to do.

Bow Wow isn’t the one spreading the rumors, MTO is. He made a comment on twitter about an ex and her new friend, but he’s already said it wasn’t Ciara OR Kim. He’s said it over and over. MTO said who the actual people were, which was false.
