I am so sunburned and need help! I'm in Mexico and I was sunbathing when I fell asleep with my huge Prada
butterfly sunglasses on and now look at me! I'm going to have to hide from cameras for days. I usually never get red, I
always get dark. It hurts! Do u guys have any remedies I can
try to help ease the pain and get rid of the redness?
Everyone here is making fun of me! Look at Reggie's teammate and friend Bobby
starting with the jokes. My whole body is burned but my face looks the
worst because of the glasses. I will never wear sunglasses when
sunbathing again!

Hey Kim,
Same thing happened to me in San Juan last month. I understand your pain. Use LOTS of Aloe Vera... it helps a lot. Feel better. :)

That Sucks Kim!!! There is a product from Clinque called after sun rescue balm. It helps sooo much. It cools, takes the sting away and helps to prevent peeling.

Also, for a perfect flawless bronzed glowing tan, don't lay directly in the sun. Lay on your beach chair under a shade umbrella/hut. The sun beams will reflect off the sand and directly onto you and you'll tan evenly and without the risk of burning!

I'm so sorry that had to happen. I heard aloe vera is good for sunburns. I'm lucky I don't get sunburns just tans. I hope you get better soon! And I love how you're not afraid of showing your fans what would be embarrassing to others.

You poor thing! OMG I know how painful that is, it happened to me this past summer in Cuba.
Remedy:Do NOT take hot or even slightly hot showers, your skin will be sloughed off [NOT GOOD]. Apply aloe vera to your whole body and face like 5 times a day.

This happened to me today and i was like, OMG i look like Kim LOL. GREEK home remedy: plaster your body in yoghurt(well, wherever you're burnt) and it turns the redness into a tan :) feels great, stinks loads though...love you Kim x

Poor Kim! I put aloe vera gel in the refrigerator & then gently dab the cooled gel on the burned area. I also take cool showers because warm water feels like it burns the sunburn more. Don't scrub or rub the burned skin. Pat skin dry with a soft towel.

I donno if you are going to read this. But if you do try using calamine lotion. Its very good for the skin and gets rid of any kind of irritation. And try to use baby products for the skin. It usually helps.

Aww, I feel so bad for you. Just make sure you apply the correct facial cream to keep your pretty face from peeling really bad. Next time let your friends and family know to wake you up. GOOD LUCK!!!

OMG Kimmy!!!! THE best at home remedy to help soothe the hurt is cold oatmeal.
Mix cool to cold water with oatmeal and put on your burned areas as a mask and it helps cool off the burning. And it also helps from leaving sun damage.Hope this helps LuvLisa

Well the Prada sunglasses did help you. Consider buying a big big big pair of Prada sunglasses. Body covering sunglasses ;-)
As to your present painful situation. I recommend a small towel dipped in milk. Try using it on the painful part of your face.
