I had so much fun throughout the whole process of
training and filming my DVD series. I wanted to share these
behind-the-scenes photos with you guys! This is one of the most
exciting projects I've done to date. Not only did I get to make my own
workout DVDs, I also got really fit in the process, and I feel so
motivated to keep on going!
