Dinner with Vera Wang and Reggie

Last night again I had dinner with Vera Wang, her husband, and daughter, my mom, Bruce and Reggie.

Vera is in town and wanted to catch up with Bruce who wasn’t with us the night before.

They were all eating at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant Cut and Reggie and I stopped in to join them!

We had so much fun, she really is a fascinating woman!

I really enjoyed hearing more stories and even about her career as a figure skater when she was growing up, almost entering in the Olympics.

I was happy Reggie came to town and was able to meet her.

Spring is here and my stylists, Monica, Angela and I hit up the stores to see what we could find.

It seems as the day went on, my outfit kept changing! I stopped at Vionnet on Robertson and picked up a headband, then at Intermix I added on the camel leather cropped jacket, then at the end of the day my feet were killing me, so I bought some amazing thigh high suede boots that were flat so that I could make it through the rest of the day. They were 50% off, which was cool.

I definitely love shopping. Who doesn’t! I love to see what other stores have, compare it to Dash, and see what we could do better!

Are you feeling my hippie look? I loved it!

I had dinner with Vera Wang and the family last night at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills!

Her family and mine got together to catch up! She has known my mom and Bruce for years when Vera and Bruce hosted the Miss America pagent!

I am a huge fan of Vera Wang and her designs and it would be a dream come true if she did design my wedding gown when the day comes!

I have followed her career since I was a teenager. She worked at Vogue for 18 years, then transcended to working with Ralph Lauren, then started her own wedding dress collection when she was getting married and couldn’t find anything as glamourous as she would like.

She is a fashion icon and I admire her so much!

I will never forget our first meeting at dinner last night and all of the glamour and high fashion we chatted about!
