Hey guys,

So everyone has been putting up these pics from Complex Magazine showing the comparison of the original un-photoshopped photo that mistakenly was put up on complex.com. This blog even went to the trouble to make an animation of the before and after.

Complex later replaced the pic with the photoshopped version, causing all of this drama. But you know what, who cares!

So what: I have a little cellulite. What curvy girl doesn’t!?

How many people do you think are photoshopped? It happens all the time!

At the same time as this Complex shoot, I was gearing up for my fitness DVD and you should see my thighs now!!! Haha!

This all motivates me to stay in the gym because my goal this year has been to get in better shape and tone up! Hard work pays off!

I’m proud of my body and my curves and this picture coming out is probably helpful for everyone to see that just because I am on the cover of a magazine doesn’t mean I’m perfect.

You can check out more behind-the-scenes pics from the shoot right here. And they’re not retouched!

 XO,
 Kim

  1. The hateration needs to stop. You’re hot, p-shopped or not.

  2. I would just like to say that I think you are beautiful and I love that you proudly post up both pictures of yourself. I’m 5′ 10″ and a size 10. I’m a normal size girl and I love seeing other women be proud of their bodies like I am! You look amazing!

  3. You are beautiful and your beauty becomes even more apparent because you’re not afraid to show what women look like in the real world.
I hope your message will be received by a lot of young girls who try to live up to the photoshopped images in magazines.

  4. You are absolutely gorgeous, photo-shopped or natural, in a bathing suit or an evening gown. It’s a woman’s natural beauty and the way she holds herself that makes her so attractive. you have both and anyone will agree. You are seriously my role model.

  5. Kim! you know what, thank you so much for posting this. it really just helps put media into perspective. i constantly have to remind myself that most of what i see isn’t real. but you just put it out there. i feel a little prettier today. :D
    u r marvelous

  6. “PERFECTION” Doesn’t exist anyway! It should be a given that some things just aren’t as they seem. Pointing out to yourself and fans that you are not flawless is a wonderfully humble characteristic that is not found among many individuals. Ur Beautiful!

  7. Hats off to you Kim!!! I agree MOST magazine/web pics are Photoshopped, one of the reasons I stopped looking at the “perfect” pictures out there. We all have our faults /flaws. Thank you for being as beautiful inside as on the outside!!!!!

  8. Kim,
I love your body. you’re skinny, but still curvy. I just lost around 7 pounds, which is great…but a lot of it came from my butt:( i love working out, and i was wondering if you had any advice so i could try to get my booty back. thanks! :)

  9. Yeah it’s not really that big of a deal – what girl doesn’t struggle with cellulite?! Have you ever tried a cellulite lotion?

  10. Perfection isn’t attractive- And slim is so OUT. Everytime I lose weight I lose my natural breast and it looks horrific. A woman isn’t suppose to look like a man. I weigh 172 and I’m fairly tall, and guys adore my body. :) Be Proud Flaws are sexy
