While your booties are sitting on the couch today watching the Super Bowl, I will be working mine out!...Unfortunately, I am not in Tampa anymore for the game. I left Tampa because today I am shooting my own fitness DVD.
I am filming three DVD's over the next three days. And yes I feel awful that this whole crew has to work on Superbowl Sunday!
The game will be the same on Tivo! (LOL.)
I have been training and preparing for this for a while now so I'm glad the day is finally here!
Working out is a way of life and I encourage everyone to do it to feel good about themselves!
